This
system features a mass range of 150 to 2,000 amu and
it includes an AP/MALDI ION Source, Xcalibur Data
System and a mechanical pump.
The
Xcalibur Data System is a flexible Windows PC based
system for complete instrument control for the Finnigan
LCQ family of mass spectrometers. Its capabilities include full MS with
Selected Ion Monitoring (SIM) and MS/MS with Selected Reaction Monitoring
(SRM).
The
AP/MALDI ion source comes standard with:
